Return Policy

If your order doesn't work for you, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll refund 100% of your purchase price, not including original shipping cost. 

Conditions for returning products:

Notify us at info@nakedbinder.com so you can be given the proper return shipping information

Damage due to wear and tear is part of the life of a binder and will not be replaced

After 30 days, a 10% restocking fee will be issued on your returned items

After 4 months, a 20% restocking fee will be issued 

After 6 months, special consideration is required and a refund or exchange is at our discretion-- give us a call, we'll talk.

 

In order to receive a refund or exchange, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return-- binders scuffed in return shipping can not be resold and therefore will not be eligible for refund.
